Managing Director & Founder


Paul Bailey is the founder and Director of Paul Bailey Construction LTD, having established the company in 2011. With over 41 years in the construction industry, Paul brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for excellence to his role.


He plays a crucial part in overseeing the Project Manager, ensuring that all projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.


Paul is renowned for his ability to tackle complex problems on-site, working closely with the Project Manager to find effective solutions. His sharp vision and masterful management skills enable him to navigate challenges with ease and keep projects on track.


In addition to his project oversight, Paul collaborates closely with the Operations Director on strategic planning and operational efficiency, driving the company’s success and growth.


His extensive industry knowledge, hands-on approach, and leadership ensure that Paul Bailey Home Extensions continues to deliver exceptional results and maintain a reputation for quality and reliability.



CHARLEIGH

Operations Director



With a decade of dedicated service at Paul Bailey Home Extensions, Charleigh Sullivan is a cornerstone of the company’s operational success. As Operations Director, Charleigh seamlessly integrates and oversees all facets of the business, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and efficiency.


Charleigh's role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities. She expertly manages the Project Manager, Senior Estimator, and administrative team, ensuring that every project is not only delivered on time but also exceeds client expectations. Her oversight extends to streamlining administrative processes, which enhances productivity and service quality across the board.


In addition to her operational duties, Charleigh handles financial oversight with a keen eye for detail, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial health is maintained. Her leadership also extends to driving the marketing team, where her strategic vision significantly contributes to the company’s robust market presence and growth.


Charleigh’s deep understanding of the construction process further compliments her role. She brings hands-on expertise in estimating larger projects and drawing up construction plans, adding a practical dimension to her comprehensive management skills. BARRY WITHEY

Project Manager


With over 42 years in the construction industry and more than 13 years at Paul Bailey Home Extensions, Barry Withey brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Project Manager.


Barry oversees all projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each one is completed on time and within budget.


His role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and deliver results that consistently exceed expectations. Notably, Barry has managed over 15 projects simultaneously, demonstrating his exceptional ability to thrive under pressure.


Barry excels in tackling complex problems, providing innovative solutions that keep projects on track and effectively address any challenges that arise.


His skills in planning and managing both the workforce and materials ensure that each project benefits from the right expertise and resources. Barry’s extensive experience and problem-solving acumen make him an invaluable asset to our team, driving project success and ensuring client satisfaction.


SHANNON HURST

Project Coordinator



Shannon Hurst is the Project Coordinator at Paul Bailey Construction. She has worked in the construction industry for 8 years and holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, providing a strong foundation in project planning, cost control, and delivering work to a high standard.


Shannon joined Paul Bailey Construction a year ago and works closely with the Project Manager to ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. She supports the day-to-day coordination of programmes and key milestones, helping to keep projects organised, communication clear, and progress on track for both the site team and the client.


With a calm, structured approach, Shannon is focused on making the build process as straightforward and stress-free as possible, while helping maintain the high standards Paul Bailey Construction is known for.



KAREN

Senior Estimator and Administrator


Karen is our highly valued Senior Estimator and Administrator at Paul Bailey Home Extensions. With over 8 years of experience in the construction industry, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to her role.


She has been an essential part of our team for over two years, where she oversees the junior administration team and is responsible for estimating projects with accuracy and efficiency.


Karen’s expertise and meticulous approach to her work make her a key contributor to our operations, ensuring that every project is thoroughly assessed and managed with the utmost care. Her dedication and leadership are instrumental in our continued success.



GEORGINA HILLS

ESTIMATOR & ADMINISTRATOR



With 16 years in the construction industry and over a decade’s experience as an estimator, Georgina brings a practical, detail-led approach shaped largely by working with joinery contractors and flooring and tiling specialists.



She has supported projects and work packages valued from smaller residential upgrades through to packages of up to £1 million, so she is used to balancing detail, accuracy, and commercial awareness at every stage.


In her current role as Estimator and Administrator, she carefully reviews architectural and structural drawings and turns the information provided into a clear, accurate quotation clients can rely on.


She is also known for being positive and bubbly, and she genuinely enjoys helping keep the process organised, straightforward, and stress-free for everyone involved.


STEVE REEVES

Dispatch Manager
