Terms & Conditions – Free Air-Conditioning Unit Promotion (July)

1. Promoter

This promotion is offered by Paul Bailey Construction Ltd (trading as Paul Bailey Home Extensions /  Garage Conversions) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Promotion period

The promotion is valid for bookings made between 00:01 on 1 July 2026 and 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. The offer

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will receive one (1) free air-conditioning unit with cooling + heating (hot/cold) function (“Free Unit”) when they book a qualifying project in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. Eligibility

To qualify, you must:

1. Book a qualifying project with us during the Promotion Period.

2. Have a project with a total contract value of £20,000 or more (inclusive of VAT).

3. Book and confirm a project start date with us during the Promotion Period.

5. Qualifying projects

Qualifying projects include residential building works such as extensions, loft/garage conversions, and renovation/refurbishment projects, subject to our acceptance and scheduling availability.

6. What is included

The Free Unit includes:

• Supply of one air-conditioning unit with hot/cold function.

• Standard installation to a suitable location, where feasible, as agreed by us.

7. What is not included

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the following are not included and may be chargeable:

• Additional units, upgrades, or alternative brands/models.

• Non-standard installation requirements (including but not limited to extended pipe runs, specialist access equipment/scaffolding, making-good beyond standard, decorative finishes, boxing-in, or additional electrical works beyond a standard connection).

• Ongoing servicing, maintenance, filters, or warranty beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

• Planning permission, landlord/freeholder permissions, or third-party consents required for installation.

8. Unit specification and substitution

• The Free Unit will be selected by us based on availability and suitability for the property.

• Images/marketing descriptions are for illustration only.

• We reserve the right to substitute the Free Unit with an alternative of similar specification and value if the original is unavailable.

9. Installation conditions

• Installation is subject to a suitable site survey and safe access.

• If we determine that installation is not feasible or not advisable (for example due to structural, electrical, access, or compliance constraints), we may withdraw the Free Unit from the contract. In this case, no cash alternative will be provided.

10. No cash alternative / non-transferable

• The Free Unit is not redeemable for cash, credit, or a discount.

• The offer is non-transferable and limited to one Free Unit per household/project.

11. Cannot be combined

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

12. Cancellations, postponements, and changes

• If the customer cancels the project after booking, the promotion is void.

• If the project start date is moved outside July 2026 at the customer’s request, the promotion may be withdrawn.

• If the scope is reduced and the contract value falls below £20,000 (inclusive of VAT), the promotion is void.

13. Payment and contract terms

All projects remain subject to:

• Our standard quotation, contract terms, and payment schedule.

• Any agreed variations/change orders.

14. Availability and discretion

• The promotion is subject to availability and our capacity.

• We reserve the right to refuse the promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or where eligibility criteria are not met.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Our liability is not excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary (for example due to supply issues or circumstances outside our control). Any changes will not affect qualifying bookings already confirmed during the Promotion Period.
