June Promo 5% Discount — Terms & Conditions

1) Promoter

This promotion is offered by Paul Bailey Construction Ltd (trading as Paul Bailey Home Extensions / Renovations Essex / Essex Garage Conversions) (the Promoter).

2) Promotion period

• The promotion is valid for new bookings confirmed between 1 June and 30 June 2026 (inclusive).

• The promotion expires at 23:59 on 30 June 2026.



3) Offer

• Customers who qualify will receive 5% off the agreed project price (the Discount), subject to these Terms & Conditions.

4) Eligibility

To qualify for the Discount, the customer must:

1. Book the project within the promotion period (Section 2).

1. Secure a project start date in November or December 2026 (subject to availability and scheduling confirmation by the Promoter).

1. Have an accepted quotation / contract value of £20,000 + VAT or more (the Minimum Spend).

1. Quote the promo code JUNE5 at the time of enquiry/booking (or have the promotion confirmed in writing by the Promoter).

5) Minimum spend

• The Minimum Spend is £20,000 + VAT based on the accepted quotation value.

• If the accepted quotation value is later reduced below the Minimum Spend (for example, due to scope reduction), the Discount may be removed.

6) What the Discount applies to

• The Discount applies to the labour and materials included in the accepted quotation.

• The Discount does not apply to:

• Planning fees, architectural/design fees, structural engineer fees, building control fees, party wall surveyor fees, or any other third-party professional fees (unless explicitly included in the Promoter’s quotation)

• Variations, extras, or changes requested after acceptance (unless the Promoter confirms in writing that the Discount applies)

7) How the Discount is applied

• The Discount will be shown on the final agreed quotation/contract, or applied as a line-item deduction on an invoice, as confirmed by the Promoter.

• The Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.

8) Availability and scheduling

• November/December start dates are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

• A booking is only considered confirmed once the Promoter has confirmed the start date in writing and any required deposit/booking payment has been received.

9) Cancellations, postponements, and rescheduling

• If the customer cancels the project after booking, the Discount will no longer apply.

• If the customer requests to move the start date outside November or December 2026, the Discount will no longer apply (unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing).

• If the Promoter needs to reschedule due to circumstances outside reasonable control (for example, severe weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions), the Promoter will offer the next available date and will aim to honour the Discount where reasonably possible.

10) Not valid with other offers

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special offer unless agreed in writing by the Promoter.

11) Right to withdraw or amend

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time where necessary, provided this does not affect bookings already confirmed in writing within the promotion period.

12) General

• By booking under this promotion, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
