By participating in this promotion, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promotion Period:
   This offer is valid for quotes issued between 1st May 2025 and 30th June 2025 inclusive. Any quotes issued outside of this period will not qualify for the promotion.

1. Eligibility:

• The promotional offer is only applicable to projects where the total value of works is over £25,000 (excluding VAT).
• The qualifying quote must be accepted and the project confirmed within the validity period.
  
  

1. Free Item Offered:

• Clients will receive one (1) standard air conditioning unit free of charge.
• The specification and model of the unit are at the sole discretion of the promoter and subject to availability.
• Installation is included unless otherwise stated.
  
  

1. Limitations:

• One unit per client only.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

1. Non-Transferable:

• The free air conditioning unit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
  
  

1. General Conditions:

• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, the promoter’s decision is final.
