March 2026 Start Promo — 5% Discount (Terms & Conditions)

1) Promoter

The promoter is Paul Bailey Home Extensions (Paul Bailey Construction Ltd) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Offer

A 5% discount is available on eligible projects that start within March 2026 (the “Offer”).

3) Eligibility

To qualify:

• The project must be located within our normal service area.
• The project must be accepted and scheduled by us with a confirmed start date in March 2026.
• The customer must accept our quotation in writing and pay any required deposit of £500.00 +VAT by the deadline we provide
• The Offer is not available to existing customers who have already secured a confirmed start date (in any month) prior to the Offer being announced.
  
  

4) What “start date” means

For the purpose of this Offer, the “start date” means the first day our team attends site to commence the contracted works (e.g., set up, strip-out, enabling works, or construction works), as confirmed by us in writing.

5) How the discount is applied

• The 5% discount is applied to the contract value for our works as set out in the accepted quotation.
• Unless stated otherwise in the quotation, the discount does not apply to:
• VAT
• Statutory fees (e.g., planning, building control)
• Third-party professional fees (e.g., structural engineer, architect)
• Client-supplied items
• Finance charges (if applicable)
• The discount will be shown on the quotation/contract or applied to the first invoice, at our discretion.

6) Availability (first come, first served)

• March 2026 start slots are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• A slot is only reserved once we have confirmed the start date in writing and any required deposit has been received.

7) Changes, delays, and rescheduling

• If the start date moves outside March 2026 for reasons outside our control (including, but not limited to, client-requested delays, late selections/approvals, access restrictions, third-party delays, or adverse site conditions), the Offer may be withdrawn.
• If the start date moves outside March 2026 due to our rescheduling, we will use reasonable efforts to honour the Offer, but this is not guaranteed and will be confirmed in writing.

8) Variations and additional works

• The Offer applies to the originally accepted scope of works.
• Any variations, upgrades, or additional works agreed after acceptance may be priced separately and may not be discounted.

9) Combining offers

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special offer unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

10) Cancellation

If the customer cancels after accepting the quotation, any refunds (if applicable) will be handled in line with the agreed contract terms.

11) Right to withdraw or amend

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect customers who have already secured a March 2026 start date in writing and met the qualification requirements.
