"The guys have done a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the way it looks, especially outside. The brickwork is very neat. My wife has been here rather than me, but she has been very impressed with the professionalism of the guys - keeping things tidy and clean, helping her get past their stuff, being pleasant and friendly etc. They might seem like small things but we think they make a difference."
