Planning
First things first, you will need to plan on what type of building works and finishes you would like done.
Get your idea down on paper, so you can show your chosen architect and builder.
Once you have your idea in mind, you will need to appoint a few builders to quote for your works.
Then if the price fits your budget, then appoint an architect to prepare your drawings.
2. Site Visit.
We will book you in for a site visit, to discuss your ideas and requirements,
We offer you current and accurate advice of what to consider when building your extension, completely free of charge.
3. Quotation.
Once we have made a site visit, we will then pass your details onto our estimating team, this will be processed through our estimating system and priced in detail right down to the last screw.
We can provide:
- Breakdown prices
- Schedule payments
- Works schedule.
- Electrical breakdown.
4. Build.
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver all projects on time within budget.
A Site Forman will be responsible for the whole build of your extension, from the start of the build right through to the completion.
This will be the person you can liaise with on a daily basis and will coordinate the various trades and suppliers needed to build your extension.
We also have Offices in Basildon, so you always have a point of contact over the phone or by email.
During your build, our Project Manager will visit you on a daily/weekly basis. They will ensure that work is progressing in accordance with the work schedule and address any concerns or questions which you may have.
The Building Control Inspector will also be attending the site once each stage is complete. They will ensure that all aspects of the work are being carried out in accordance with Building Control Regulations.
